You can't use a long bolt with ethic forks. You can do the same thing with a short bolt though.

You can probably get a bolt and nut that'll work at a hardware store.

I've tried aluminum, steel, alu with steel sleeves, and plastic, and plastic was for sure the best, and aluminum was the worst. But yeah, steel is way better than aluminum.

V2s and v2i's(v3) are totally different. V2s are total crap, but v2is are amazing, especially for the price. Weight doesn't really matter. And district brakes are basically flex fenders, but they feel like a spring brake sorta, and I've only seen like 1 broken.

Yep. And the bottom of the headtube is longer than most decks, but it doesn't bother me, and I don't think it affects the strength because the v1 epic decks were the same way, and literally none of those broke.

it was the "26.4" high size, which is actually like 25.75 high. i just cut off enough of the slit so it doesnt show out of my scs.
