I don't use TCS and ABS but I'd have to argue that it is much easier without them on. You can drift both ways in horizon it's terribly easy no matter what assists you're using.

Drifting is piss easy in horizon compared to FM3 and FM4. You just E-brake on full steer until it skids and then gas it with counter-steer. It's impossible to not be able to drift. You don't even need the E-brake you can just get it on lock into the corner with the brakes on until TCS kicks in...

I've got 90+ cars in my garage and about 13mil Cr. The best thing to do is drive around at the start of the game and smash all of the discount signs that way you can save all of your credits for buying cars and you don't have to worry about upgrading. When I finished the game I had about 15mil Cr.
