yes you can. you could take an ics and run it with scs and use a nylock bolt to compress it and it will work just as well.

deff get a nitro, it will last you a good while. the only thing you will probably need to change are the wheels (proto sliders, eagles, and phoenix are pretty much the best ones)

no it doesnt. both those decks feel wayyy different. concave on scooter decks is more for comfort and stability, on skateboard decks its for flip tricks.
