Yeah that happened to me but the bottom bearings were upside down and this fixed my problem.

French id steel trees: Light strong and 5 degrees of backsweep. Graphics are nice and inter grated clamp 20 x 20 Bad stuff: When you drop it it will dent the cross bar because of the backsweep. Int. clamp may crack if you tighten it too much. Gets dirty easy( I have the white ones) Gussets hurt...
