Well, i attempted a double whip over a 5' spine, but only caught it with one foot and slid down. My elbow landed under me, cracking my rib and shifting it so it sliced my kidney. If i didn't piss blood afterwards, i would have had no idea. i am MUCH more careful. (This happened in july '07)
