this is my bars. they rock a bit, how do i fix this, they have a little gap in between the top tube and the bars, they are held together with nutlock bolts. any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this has already been posted before. thanks

i mean like the length from one end of the bars to the other, im thinking of going around 50cm but wasnt sure if there was a maximum length
