this is my bars. they rock a bit, how do i fix this, they have a little gap in between the top tube and the bars, they are held together with nutlock bolts. any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this has already been posted before.

either your headset isnt tight enough (which is those 2 locknuts)
or your clamp isnt tight enough on your forks.

To fix your headset u need to tighten those nuts with a big enough wrench to fit around it. Dont tighten it to tight or your bars wont spin.
