This is what I would do first..

Build a scooterpark with everyones advice from it and build like 20 nationwide. Then buy a couple good scooters. Then I would have a raffle where I fly 20 people to there select destination. Then I would buy a sick house and build some ramps inside and stuff. Then I would give my family portions of the money then save the rest.

at this age right now, if i had one million, id take like 1000 now and invest the rest.

but as its a billion why bother investing, unless u r a complete knob you cnt really lose that

actually put it in a long term account and live of the intrest which would work out about 50000000 a year
