1 3/8 bars on threaded fork and headset

i ordered bars,while they were on there way i got a refund,now they came here and i wanna know if i can use the hic bars on my threaded fork and headset,can i just put the shim over my threaded forks and clamp the bars over it? cause if i can then im just gonna pay for them back. i really need help right now cause i bet there gonna be sooo sweet and i dont wanna open the package beacause then i gotta re package it and ship it back if it doesnt work

yeah, murda put shim and hic crows on threaded fork .

I did this and it didnt work for me. The bars would always spin.

yeah so it was all good until i couldnt stretch my stock clamp over the bars,and now i got the shim stuck in the bars so im trying to get it out before i ship it back,
