This is my 10,000th post on SR. It's crazy to think that this website has been a part of my life for almost 10 years now; I feel like my life would be a lot different without it. I've made so many friends through it, and i've learned so much because of this site. I'm glad that SR has prevailed through the changes of the internet over the past 4-5 years, and is still going strong after the advent of social media sites like myspace & facebook. SR has been so crucial to the growth of freestyle scootering, and keeping this community together, don't ever take it for granted. much love for the SR <3

damnnnnn dude 2005 rep!! i remember being a small kid asking my mom to get me on our dial up internet (cuz i didnt have the password hahaha) to go on the "scooter website". and now i work for the owner of the website. hahaha SR has for sure made my life what it is today. even though the forum has died. its just a old way of communication now. kids can just go on facebook or instagram and have immediate conversations instead of waiting hours or days for responses.

im only on three years but i feel this.
In my first few months starting riding i read SR obsessively, i learned basically everything about scooters from here. It is how i learned all the parts, riders, tricks and videos when i was just starting, all the info in one place.
Honestly i would be in a much different place as far as riding if it weren't for SR

i feel this way aswell its weird. Going on SR has has became something i do all the time and a place where a learned so much about scooter maintenance and things of that sort.

Wish i would have found out about sr when i first started riding but im glad i found out about it even though the forum is kinda dead

It should also be noted the forum was out of commission for awhile. What was it, 8 months or something? Couldn't have helped. Happy as fuck to have this site, while it used to be a lot more poppin years ago, you can still find the answer to anything, so you don't have to end up being a district/envy/generic rat. But to each and their own.
