yea i tryed switching the wheels it didnt work. but when i put my old green on black 110 phoenix wheel on it worked perfect

With your Scs, are you using the right bolt and topcap? and the washers on the inside of your forks is probly warn away, find thin washers or something

1-ride your seniors till the wheel weard down then use phorks.
2-trade wheel for equaly good but wheel that fits.
3-grind the sides of fork down.
4-try turnign the wheel around sometimes that works for no reason.
5-get tiny spacers inbetween bearing and fork creating more space between wheel and forkside, then tighten.
6-trade phorx for a good fork.
 
Kubish, a local bike shop would have one and it is basically just a ring of a certiaing height and colour that gives you a bigger space between your headset and bars, thus extending the height
