The point is because I was gunna order two 110s from inward but the only had 1 left

depends what scoot you have. i have a scorpo deck and before you have a bitch at me teling me theyre shit it's because i get them free from my sponsor so i don't give a fuck. anyways i run an inward fork but it doesn't matter which fork i use. it leans forward wen i run a 100 wheel at the front but it perfect wif a 110 front and a 100 back so yea it depends.

Yes it is good. I ride a 110 Yak in the front and a 100 Eaglesport in the back.
