115mm wheel on razor ultra pro forks

I put it next to the fork and it could fit with about one millimeter of room but the gussets are in the way. How do you sand it down to fit or cut the reinforcements off. I don't worry about strength because it is back up.

You problably mean 105mm. If you have a bench grinder available then that would be the fastest way. Otherwise just get a metal file and grind them down by hand.
