180 whips

hi yesterday i was at my friends house on his quarterpipes and i get really close to 180 whips but they always land ahead of me or it lands in between my feet and when ever i try them getting alot of air i dont even get close can anyone help? if you do it would be much appreaciated

well it sounds like you have the technique alright since you can get the deck in between your legs.. just keep practising man cos obviously you can land it if you can get it between your legs.. but maybe if you could catch the deck before you land may stop you landing with the deck in between your legs

180 whips on quaterpipes = old school, better learn to air that qp and then learn tailwhip airs.

and after you learn to air it it might help learing how to catch it it the air before you land

yo stevie i almost got them down now..i landed one today over the coping but my feet were on the dropouts and i flipped back

dont lean to far back cause than u fall on ur ass and that hurts. yea but just keep trying and you will get the hang of it
