Gently used for two months, only reason there is chips in the SPRAY paint is because its cheap. The bars are in prime condition, spray paint can easily be removed and can be powder coated. I rode only a few times with them and got buffs for my birthday and need to sell these for college. There is a slit also, and its 19" high w/o an SCS. Shipping is included in the price.
