2 problems, I need help with these

Hi guys, I just need help with 2 things.

1. When I ride my scooter it squeeks. I think it could be where the bearing touches the spacer. Any ideas on fixing this problem?

2. When i lean forwards on my scoot, the top headset cup (I think its the top one) Moves forwards, making a horrible noise. Any ideas on how to fix this(Like taking them off and puting back on again?)

1. Your wheel is probably starting to break, when i rode stock wheels they would sw\quek when they started coming off the core.

2. Are you sure it yours headset? Once when i bolted my folding mech it the bolts would squek when they moved. But if its your headset you could be missing a bearing in the bearing rings or it could be loose, to fix a loose headset just tighten the compression ring.
