If he put in scs he woul have to cut the slit. So they would still be 23 high

Or stick a 2 inch piece of standard size bar tubing inside the HIC bars, to prevent the slit from closing in.

yes it works i did it in mine too! make sure the standard size bar piece has no slits

Well if youre running proto scs, cut them to 22 high, then stick the standard size bar piece in and they will be 24 high. If youre using a tilt SCS, cut them to 22.5
