billie may be the only guy who might be able to answer this, as the guys at ispo didnt even know. How the hell are they gonna make alloy HIC bars? double oversized clamp that is incompatible with everything? did you use ics on yours back in the day?

Also, how are they sig bars for ryan? this guy is sending himself off a mega ramp daily, and is gonna ride Aluminium bars? i call bullshit. and finally, ryan rides giant bars, surely his bars should be available in the size he rides?

dont want them doing skateboards, it makes scooters look bad as they are one of the biggest scooter distributers making skate parts, you dont see bmx companies making boards or board companies making bmx.

Lol ripping off the designs of other companies. Making cheap knockoff smxs and the wheels are a knockoff of roots, Ryan Williams Sig bars just look like mp bars

i did design them like that (hic alloy, e.g ambush bars) with a clamp that still hasn't been copied or even thought of by anyone else and worked with all bar sizes but if it actually is, i dont know. they used cr-mo for my prototype but i asked them way too many times to use alloy and never budged or even considered it. i have a bad feeling that its just gonna be thinner tubing or possibly tapered in some way. I dont see them spending the money making 2 kinds as forging an entire bar is no easy feat. im wondering how long till they bring out their full forged deck, wouldnt get your hopes up though as they cant make a deck for shit tbh.

i remember on madd forums ages ago you said that the wieght of a scooter didnt matter as it was like a toy and could only wiegh 5-6kgs do you remember that? anyway couldnt they forge wide bars and just cut them down?

anyway what was it like being on madd back in 2010?

also are you ever gonna make parts as you have so manny ideas about parts, it would be cool to see them but people would copy you i guess so youd need a patent and backing in money right?

i do rememeber that, i said alot that i didnt mean as you can figure. i know where "forward" is for the industry as well as i did 3 years ago and i genuinely thought MGP could see my point so i did what i had to do to stay in a position where i could influence them to make the ideas i had. i designed sub 3 kg scooters 3 years ago, materials were the problem as you would figure mgp stuff was never up for it.

they would of made the tooling bigger than necessary, or i at least hope for their sake they did.

being on mgp back then was so fun but i grew up very quickly after seeing whats really going on in the industry. from my point the experience i have gained from then has set me up big time for anything i do as you will see soon.

making parts is my goal but i want to do it by myself or atleast for the good ideas anyway. its not the copying or the money thing thats the problem, idc for that but as goood ideas will be copied anyway timing is the true key to it. i know my ideas wont be scratched for some time as most of my good ones from 3 years ago are still untouched.

Billie I love the fact that about two years ago you defended MADD with your life, someone would post a broken MADD and you'd be the first to explain "oh it's the old batch, new ones are way better". Just wondering what led to the change in attitude :B

YOU DON'T SAY. I know, but it just seems like MADD gear is his ex gf and he hates everything they do because he's MADD at it

i genuinely supported them as A. i was on the team B. i actually thought they would take my input seriously C. my knowledge wasnt as diverse and elaborate as it is now. i know what is possible and what is not for scooters and they were capable of doing anything any other company has done and better too but as you can see it hasnt changed much. what if the one of the top 5 biggest scooter company in the world hired you with promises of making pretty much the next big thing with you as r&d and then just pull these kinds of products, you would disapprove of them as much as i do too.
