yea but aluminum bends too easy

Buffs are aluminum, havent seen them bend too much. Even the test aluminum crossbars. Id say go thick walled aluminum if you can you would be the only aluminum bar producer I know of.

I had one piece bars made of aluminum , welded by professionals but then it broke. I don't want to sell aluminum because I can only go to professionals to weld which cost a lot and soon , I will break or bend. Also , the cost of it being welded by a pro , my customers are paying for it and the bars can break more easily. This may make things seem like I am expensive and bad.

Buffs are made of aluminum because they can be easily replaced when broken and do not need replacement of the entire bars.

Among the materials often used to make scooter bars ( aluminum , chromoly , steel ) , steel is the heaviest but the cheapest. It is easy to weld and is stronger than aluminum , same strength as chromoly but heavier( I think , not 100% sure ).

Anyway so I am probably going to do steel bars as they are cheaper and stronger.

buffs have really thick alluminum so it doesnt bend. and at a weak point on 1 peice bars (welds) there is a big clamp instead of welds.

Review (in a seperate thread too)

BUY THEM NOW!!!! They are perfect.

Shipping was great. They came in about 2 weeks from china. They were extraorinarly safe in all the wrapping and stuff. It took me 5 minutes to get through all that stuff to get to my bearings. 10/10

Performance wise, there amazing aswell. The run super smooth and super fast. The best and cheapest bearings I have ever used. 10/10

If you haven't all ready, buy these bearings. It's worth it.
