i always knew you were a noob mike. i dont really see the point in jumping things that are higher than i am tall because it hurts my feet and could hurt more if i fall but also the scooter takes a beating. whenever i gap anything i'm half scared of falling and half scared of breaking wheels or parts of the scooter. i think it's fun to do though because it's exhilarating and not made for gapping unlike in a park where everything is meant to be ridden

I dont care what I break anymore...I always have the money to buy new scooters, and I have spare scooters everytime so I dont care anymore. I have wheels saved up and parts. Nothing more fun then going fast, doing tricks off drops, sets, or gaps, or doing ledges and manuals across ledges to drops. Techlines going real fast=super fun..loosing your breathe and getting fucking tired after trying a run for so long, and finally get it and putting so much effort into landing the last big trick you have left and just stomping clean, even though you have no energy left. Jumping down a set with such speed and rolling away faster than you can just hit going down a hill...I find nothing better than all of that in my opinion. Street fo life fools~-

sounds like one of those anti-drug commercials. and i dont have extra parts lying around and only two extra wheels and it's annoying breaking something because then you have to stop riding

You cant do all this with Park? Whats so tech about riding off a ledge, its not asif you really have to do anything? You have more 'runs' in Park than you do with street. But i spose everyone gets there kicks off something, even if it is dropping off ledges... !dodge

it's more a preference of style they both have their difficulties and easy spots some people like the more natural street because you probably wouldnt find spines and half pipes that often outside of skateparks (yes i know they do exist but they are rare). it does take a certain amount of skill and control to clear stair sets and also maneuver around manuals and fakies which are limited in parks due to the fact that they are made to provide things you normally wouldnt find in other places.

all[/u] depends on the run up, the landing, the trick and the overall difficulty. The control it takes to do tricks over quarter to quarter big gaps and stuff is very hard because your landing in transition, but also you make up for it in street, street and park are both very hard individually but it all depends on what you are doing, but it definetly does not take more control to do your tricks over stairs and ledges..

Its simple:
Are there gaps in parks? Yes.
Are there stairs in parks? Yes.
Are there drops in parks? Yes.
Are there ledges in parks? Yes.
Are there rails in parks? Yes.
Now:
Are there pipes on the street? NO.
Are there flyboxes on the street? NO.
Are there rollins on the street? NO.
Are there spines on the street? NO.

yeah but all that stuff in street is harder to ride, its not MEANT to be riden...

in my opinion parks much harder. street you land flat, park you land on transition and to me that means everything.
but then again its just my opinion and i know lots of you disagree

i think both terrains both have their challenges and it does mostly depend on the trick, like for me back scooterflips are an easy trick off of a ramp because it launches me up gives me oxygen but when i do it flat or down like a 7 or something it is WAY harder
