Throw the whip later then you would if you were doing a 180 tail whip. That's what helped me the most.

Easiest way is to get really good at catching your 180 whips and then once you catch it you pull around for the 360.

the way i learned them at tought my friends to do them was to catch the 180 whip and then spin the rest of the 360

dont think about the whip just focus on the 360 then throw a whip and catch it really quick at 180 or so

Try to pull it negligently (not sure if right word, had to check it from google translator). I mean dont try to pull it hard as you can, do it chilled.
Also, lean forward. These two small tips helped me.
