360 Whips

Please give me some advice. I get the 3 around and the whip around fine, but the whip goes out in front of me a little bit, and my feet land right behind the back wheel. Any tips?

try twisting your wrists forward when you do it. focus on catching the whip at first (around 180-270 just make sure you catch it). and spin harder than you usually would. those things helped me at first.

no problem. it's all about practice and muscle memory, really. once you got them, you pretty much got them. it's just hard to get them, at least for me.

Get them so you don't even think when you do them. The catch should be natural the only problem you may have at first is not getting the full 360. But it will come over time.

dude 360 whips are so hard for me. I can never get the full spin, its almost as if I stop spinning when I catch the deck

3whips are my favorite trick. I first learned them on flat. What you wanna do is whips as soon as you leave the ground. Make sure you catch it with your foot at 180 degrees, and have both feet on the deck at like 270 degrees. After that just tighten up your form and stand tall so you land steezy. Its one of the best feeling tricks to land.

learn them out of a steep bank, none of this flyout nonsense. Get HUGE air, like, seriously. Practice the 360 going really high, and then when youre ready, throw the 360 a little harder than normal, CATCH the whip at like 180, and spot your landing.

i learned them like, 9 days ago.. i tried them for soooooo long and then i just started to feel reallyy pumped and tried it a couple times, then got it.. i think while your doing the whip part, you have to kind of keep your arms stiff and close to your body, at least thats what helped me.:)
