360s down stairsets

Okay, last time I rode street Ive 360 a kind of long 6 set, but it took me like a half an hour of tries and now it's the second day I can hardly walk. Is there any good advice on them besides practicing? I hardly see anyone 360 any big street stuff (the only thing I can think of is Dave Fross' 360 down 5 flat 5 and Addys attempt in the video he posted recently, I also remember him saying something about 360ing other big stuff a long time ago), so maybe they're just hard tricks? Say what is the biggest set you have 360ed and did you find it easy.

5 set, and first attemp i put my foot down, then after another 3 tries i had it.

Hmmm what helped me was spinning kinda slow, because i feel i will over rotate if i spin too fast, which makes me put my foot down.

But i havent 360'd a long set yet, so maybe thats harder to judge your speed/spin and stuff.

ok so i found when i was trying sets at first for a 360 i would kinda like lean into it so i would be a lil off axis and it just messed me up i had to come at it strait up and down and just look over my shoulder as much as i could. and youll no if ur going to land it. idk its like right after takeoff u no if ur thare of if ur ganna eat it

my biggest was an 8 set.

when i get the balls i'll try the 14 in the middle school since its the next biggest stair over here lol

i found it harder then i thought it took me like 5 tries but soon i mgoing back to the 5 set to 360 tailwhip it but yea spin slower the 4 tries b4 i got it it was over rotated thats y

360s arent any harder for me over gaps, the only difference is i need a bit more speed to 360 it, and about 9/10 times, if i can jump a gap i can 360 it first try. it is mostly practice and just getting comfortable with them, not so much being able to do them real well but not being afraid to try them. for me it helps to spin slower, because its easy to bail out at 270 if your not gunna make it and run out, and you wnat to keep looking down towards the ground, try to spot your landing around 180 or a little more, and try to keep your bars away from your body, stiff 360s are really ugly and harder to control.

dan, can steve opposite downside 360whip a 6 stair =)

jkk, i love steve and dan<33

This is coming for a person who cant 360 for shit. Ive just managed to 360 a few little gaps but anyway

-Make sure you head at it with a little more speed than usual.
-When you spin make sure your making the full rotation and defiantly not under/over rotating.
-Make sure your not going off axis... Which is sometimes harder when going fast

Eh...

I've 360ed 9 stairs, 3rd try (this stairset is on my avatar). Now I am looking for a bigger stairset.

First I bunnyhoped those stairs to feel the landing
Then I overrotated my first 360 thus landed it one footed.
My third 360 was alright.

Just don't be affraid of taking high speed, don't let the fear forget you the technique of execution, keep the plane of rotation and if you are not sure about landing, just hold up your foot and then try again.

As for me, 360 is the easiest street trick (Maybe because I prefer FS 360s).
