hook it up like a regular credit card and pay through paypal as if you were paying through a regular credit card, just click on the prepaid one. i do it all the time.

go to walgreens/walmart/cvs and buy a moneypak with it (it cost 5 bucks for the moneypak) then you can transfer the money strait to paypal with it.
