600$ scooters for kids who cant tail whip?

yesterday i saw a kid with a really nice scooter it was an intigrated phenix and phorx, scs, eagles, and some other expencive crap. after watching him for a while i realized he couldnt really do anything. i asked him to tail whip he was like "oh i would but ------ umm--- ahhh--and ---- cant be cause im bad at it." oh man...

when i was that bad i had a 15 dollor scooter. that kid shouldnt have that scooter.
