deck is still up, and michael you'd have to throw something in with the rupv2. and what do you mean by the axles wont loosen?

Not the axels it's the flex fender is stripped.

oh, so basically its tightened and good to ride but i can never take it off?

Well you can take it off, but you would need to drill the bolt out/grind them off. But yeah it is tightened.
