727scooters and muse have the same ip and posting the same parts she has. Does this not mean she should be permabanned?

I searched the IP last night when people accused "him" of being muse. I sent a PM that just said its pretty obvious when theyre "friends" and coincidently have the same parts. I just told her to just wait out the ban, its not like its a long one. This is her first ban, so maybe just send another PM to 727, then see if "he" keeps posting?

I also ran an IP check cause he claimed to be her friend. And there was only one IP address match, and Muse has used this site under thousands of IP addresses so Im gonna assume he is telling the truth.
