A few questions,reinforcements and Dialing

Ok so my friend snapped his jd bug deck today,i dont want to snap mine any ideas how to reinforce it?And what does it mean if a scooter is dialed?

it snapped in the headtube/center area but there was cracks in the rear dropouts,tony i dont understand

ok im going to be real nice.. umm these are some i made, i made like 8. hers pics to show you deck reinforcements. Dialed means your scooter doesn't rattle sounds like a basket ball..lol and your dont ride sketchy

dialed means nothing on the scooter is loose, se when you drop it it sounds like a basketball
