A locked folding mech with a tiny bit of wobble - okay, or a problem waiting to happen?

I locked my folding mech today with the size of bolts found in this topic and ran into no trouble...

I noticed a tiny bit of wobble still left over, but much less than on the crappy stock folding mech, and I was wondering if it was safe to ride like this or will my scooter explode one day after I land a big jump?

It could be your bars moving inside the headtube if you have bolted bars. It happens to me and it is very little. Not big at all. If you lossened your headset up, maybe it is loose enough maybethere is some room to wobble? Don't know if that is possible though.

it will be fine but after a while it will shake more.
so it might be easier to just fix the problem now

if you have the right size bolts it should not move.

mine creaks a lil bit doesnt worry me should i worry

if it creaks, take the bolts out and then put them back in and re-tighten; works for me. Make sure you have washers on the bolt and nut side, that way it wont creak or destroy your mech.

get bigger bolts that take tremendous effort to put in, mine u need a body builder to get in there lol, soo it NEVER comes loose and it stays nice and tight

yeah mince does the same thing..wut size bolts and for what sopt do oyu reccomend to get so it wont EVER wobble and will stay forward a little???

its not gonna explode, maybe the screws above the headset is a little loose or something.
