There is a friend of mine who got his epic bars like this
we contacted the retailer, they said they could only defray the costs of shipping new bars to us but not defected ones to them. As for me it's not the way they should act, is it normal practice? the friend has now to wait another 3-4 weeks plus the shipping cost isn't low.
They may enclose something as compensation but they didn't mention this in an email. We'll email again
