A stun gun?

This kid posted a stun gun in the sell section. I locked it he pm'd me and was talking about it on facebook.
I say that threads a no go, right? I mean he says its legal, it isnt considered a concealed weapon blah blah blah. But the rules where he is and the rules where who ever might buy it is completely different. Then if anything happens it could come back on SR that we let him sell it on here.
Might sound like a worst case scenario, but what the news. Shit like that happens pretty often.

I'll message him on facebook telling him not to sell it. That definitely isn't a good idea. I met him on the ECX Virginia trip so he won't start an argument or anything over it, he'll just read it and get over it. It's illegal for minors and illegal in eight states, plus several cities, as well.

Banning him is up to you but I wouldn't just because he doesn't understand the consequences of what could've happened.

I wont ban him. But look at the status he made about it. I tried to explain every situation that couldve happened. He kept telling me its not considered a weapon, it doesnt need to be registered or licensed, but avoided the question when I asked him if he was 18. So I know he started to get the point.
