About Pegs

With a name like Flatlandforce, you'd think I'd have pegs by now. Problem is, I will probably ruin my scooter if I modify it. I'm not just being paranoid. You should've seen my 8th grade shop class project! !ill Where can I buy big, light, strong, front & back street/flat pegs, since I can't make them myself?

Yes, but where can I get pegs?
There arent pegs specificly made for scooters (anymore.. there used to be instagotor..if you live in the uk thers micro pegs). You take a socket and use some sort of bolt/washer combination and put it on your wheel and its a peg. Or you can be ghetto, get a long bolt and drop some bearings on it that put it on your scooter so its a peg, its gross though.

Are you stupid? Micro pegs = bearings on a bolt.

yea you'd have to be a retard to buy them

isn't he already? :?

Anyway, my mod might be a little tuff to make, but sockets would do the trick i guess like everyone's suggesting, it's easy.

You don't say, Pete, You don't say..... But the Thing is, They are the best I can get, because I live in practically nowhere and all of the scooter stuff I get is off the net, its hard (if possible) to find BMX parts in Ireland which could be made into 'homebrew' pegs and stuff. Ireland is an Island, so I can't just get scooter parts over here, because there is one shop that sells a Razor scooter that I know of and thats JJB Sports, and thats the most basic model available, with no mods. So before you call me retarded, think, also Madis, Your Pegs don't go on Both sides of the wheel at the same time by what I could see by your pictures, thats why I don't use them, apart from the aforementioned reason of no BMX's.

Why they don't? You're just being rediciulous (i don't have much time to check that word from the dictionary), my pegs go on both sides of the wheels too, why shouldn't they? I was pretty much "wtf" when you said that because i would like to know a reason why you think that they don't go on both sides.

And the reason of being a popinjay, is just you're being lazy.
Just get your mind together, talk to some ppl and if needed, order stuff from abroad. It's not soooo hard.
Even i've ordered 2 packages from united states and one package from switzerland. You just gotta know the laws and you'll be fine.

And as well for my pegs, they may just need only a longer bolt to put pegs on both sides of wheels.

EDIT: Do you want a picture (proof) of my front/back wheel where i could mount two pegs?!

Bearings aren't a specific razor scooter part, same with a bolt. Goto a hardware store, get yourself a bolt, a nut, and a bunch of bearings and you can problem make them for less than 5 dollars, i have no idea what the currency is Ireland though but 5 dollars is cheap as hell.
