while i dont think were going to actually get an event in the xgames any time soon, just go fucking ride.
ive been riding at 6th avenue skatepark since it opened (3 years ago), and now there asking me to do demos for them all over the state (about 3 a week). ANDDD im getting paid.
so. just riding does pay off.

yeh thats sik man just keep riding guys and someone will always put in a word to people lik i was in the city one night riding and some sk8er came up to me and wanted some pics i found out he was on the ES team i was lik fukkk.

in my opinion theres very few riders that have thwat it takes to draw attention. im not saying that other people are bad, its just not exactly attention grabbing.

watch cary and coedies videos, and jesses next video when it comes out. thats the kind of stuff im talking about. not just big tricks, but big tricks over BIG RAMPS. thats what matters.

I totally disagree, whats going to draw more attention, a backflip barspin double whip/quadwhip, or someone doing a lookback air 5 ft out.

just goin crazy makes people want to ride ive had so many friends get in the sport there so many little kids at my park that looks up to me its pretty kool

same im like the only one in my area so even though im not that good compared to most people on here to them i am like amazing so its got loads of people started with the sport.

yea but if it does eventually grow big (maybe one day maybe not) we will be like the forerunners of the sport, like the really cool 35 yr old skaters that have been cruising around from the start

Im not sure what to say about this like i feel the only recognition i get is from little kids and few odler kids.
the more i ride with bikers n shit the less i wanan scooter id almost rather bike
but the x games its like why woul du put a sport thats ten times easier then biking with almost all the same tricks in it.
Its like yea i wanan watch this kid do the same damn trick as the other guys on a bike and then theyd be liek wow i bet thats not hard at all
not saying scootering isint hard but liek do you know what i mean?
