my mom loves tht movie. i never seen it tho

i hate how everything "retro" is cool, theres so many posers out there. like everythings about the beatles (i like the beatles and all) but this chikc was talking to me about them and she started saying she likes help, lucy in the sky with diamonds, and all the mainstream sh!t u hear every where. as soon as im like i thikn maxwells silver hammer and all they're other under appreciated stuff she was like "omg, u tard! thats not by the beatles! ive never heard of it and i love the beatles!"
but of course, she never listened to the beatles until after she saw this movie. and im not saying this about u guys, b/c i wanted to see it at first but then heard it was basically a musical :/
i just gte angry with the "retro" BS

i didnt really like it that much, it could have been a lot worse though.
im just saying how "retro" is a style, i agree the beatles are amazing.seankane said:

i wear band shirts like pink floyd, the beatles, zeppelin, the grateful dead because that wat i listen to. im just tired of people wear the same shirts, but yet the dont kno anything by the band, and im just stereotyped in the same group as them.
think of it like this, people hear free bird on GH, and now they're big lynyrd skynyrd fans, but they dont kno any other songs and they still act like experts on the band
