Addict Deck or V2i and some questions

My 4.25 reventon is way to small for me and whenever i ride it i feel cramped as hell and dont have a lot of foot space to maneuver. Anyways, i am looking for a new deck and im basically between an addict or a v2i.

I know that the v1 addicts had a lot of problems, but i was curious as to how the v1.5 is and how to make sure that the drop outs dont crack. i know i need a spacer somewhere, i just want to make sure that im doing everything right. Also, does anyone know if the headtube on the addict is as long as the district, i need to know so i could buy a new forktube for my smx.

Also, i saw this on gryndo for a reasonable price, but is it the v1.5?

i know that this should be in the this or that, but does anyone know whether i should get a v2i or an addict? and why? any information on the deck on how they feel and shit would be great.

My bad for the long post, just had a lot of shit that was unclear and needed some opinions/help.

Its hard to tell with the pics, but I dont think that is a v2

I'd say get an addict. Feels better, looks better.. And I have yet to see a broken v2 (btw you dont need to run any extra spacers on the v2)

alright dude no doubt. thanks for the help.
and since the addict doesnt have boxed sides how is it for grinds? i prefer boxed over anything cause my integrated phoenix compared to my reventon sucks for boardslides and shit and i always slipped out.

It grinds real fast. Faster than my buddies mgp. And fingerwhips on addicts are no problem (if you do it right)

As for the ethic... I recently got the chance to ride one at the local comp. wasnt too pumped on how it felt. Also theres no front grind plate, so pegless smiths are just weird (i mean unless your an OG)

alright cool. and as for the ethic i am not too into it because of the brake, otherwise that would probably be the deck of my choice. and i ride pegs so smiths wouldnt be a problem on that.

yeah i know that it has a flexy, the brake just sucks supposedly. its thin as hell.

Also, does anyone know the length of the headtube and if i could run a 6 inch fork without spacers? or if i need a 6.5 inch fork?

also, are pegs compatible with the ethic?

Hey, I got a Addict Peasley deck cause i found my mgp too small, and it's been a great decision, plus personally i find it's pretty good for grinds.

is the reventon cracked anywhere? would you mind trading a green 4.25 20.5 lucky motion for the revy

I rode an ethic quite a bit And I really liked the way it felt and the way it grinded. I had no problems with smiths.

This is not true, I did a 6 foot long frontside overcrook third try on my Ethic, I can front smith and back smith perfectly fine pegless, it just takes practice man, Ethics are a district and addict combined since Kevin Demay helped design both of the decks so the Ethic is like the best of both worlds.
I also am a bit confused because there is a completely welded on front noseblunt plate below the headtube specifically for those tricks

The brake is fine unless you're banging against it and you will most likely need a single headset spacer no biggie, I ride one anways, it usually makes my SCS tighten better
3 degrees of concave 20.5 long 4.5 wide 82.5 hta

made that video a bit ago specifically for the people wondering about the ethic, check it out and clips at the end if you wanted to see me ride the deck and the creaking is my headset don't worry about that haha

the brakes not even bad, i have one, you need to run spacers with most forks as well

do you know the head tube length on the ethic? just curious because i really prefer if i didnt run spacers. i already ride 26 high and dont want my bars any higher haha. plus it feel awkward.

Yeah but its not flat like any other deck. idk I just didnt like the setup. addicts feel better imo
Yes it is? Do you honestly need me to take a picture or link you to my review? You only rode the ethic for one day at the park, i've been riding it everyday for two months, I like addict and I like their decks but the Ethic is a improved addict, everything bad about the addict is better in the Ethic and I rode a addict for over a year
