addict footspace vs ethic footspace

i have the v1 mckeen addict and the footspace is close to 15" and im about to buy an ethic off of a friend tomorrow and im worried that footspace will be smaller than my addict.

I made the exact same switch, McKeen to ethic, and the ethic felt bigger than the addict
