Alcohol + Bearings

i have searched most threads and have found that alcohol can help clean your bearings... the thing is i dont know what alcohol to use. and what is the best kind?

yeh try it, i did my stock headset n popped the caps off my bearings everything is superfast now

Yeah just soak them for about an hour, make sure there dry, than oil them up with like 3 in 1, not wd40.

I have no idea, just goto a store and get a bottle of household oil. Just make sure you don't get grease.

gas works good to if u don't have rubbing alcohol and takes less time if u put some gas in the cup and shack it for a min or 2. but make sure you dry them very well with air compressor or hair dryer.
