My dad also went to the 12 step program 11 years ago. My father was an alcoholic when I was a young boy, and it really affected other people. (Nothing that my brother and I ever noticed or saw) My mother was going to divorce him 10 years in to their marriage, and actually filled for the divorce. My dad went through this and came out clean and very religious. Thanks to this program I have 2 parents, and a healthy family. He hasn't touched a drip since, (except on communion days at church where he drinks a small amount of wine)

good that your trying to be sober cuz you should idk wtf is wrong with kids these days drinkin and smoking at such a young age not know limits and wen to stop.
and the 12step program shit i think its wack telling you that you have to believe in a god and some bullshit like that praying and shit. if you wanna stop just dont hang out with you friends if they are drinking and smoking. idk but i guess if its working for you keep with it but all that god shit is dumb IMO
