If they're for the rain then they are most likely very sealed so the same principle would apply for dirt.

I could actually use these for all the rain longboarding I do aha.

I just waterproof my bearings with surf wax. Cause it's like nearly 100% waterproof, I just oil them, put the shields on and rub surf wax all over the outside of the bearings. It collects alot of dirt and shit but it works

Well they pretty much perform the same as normal bearings. They have advantages though, like they don't need oiling and they don't rust

Pretty much all of the bearings are the same speed on scooters. there are different speeds up until the stage of no rolling resistance. All new bearings have no rolling resistance, and are basically the same speed.

The weight of your scooter, size of your wheels and tightness of the bearing slots is what makes peoples scooters faster than others
