idk if this is already a thread or not but w/e i break wheels soo much. i go through plain eagles alot i chunk them within weeks. ive broken a defected proto i never rode good proto wheels though. plastic cores arent an option.

im sick of breaking soo many wheels that are supposivly suppose to last long. eagles last me almost a month which is pretty bad but ive never rode any signature wheels. soo what do you (street riders) ride and how long do they last you? im sick of buying and buying wheels i want to get good wheels that will last a decent amount of time. and i dont wanna hear "oh things break just get over it" yeah i break these wheels too fast i got a new eagle like a few weeks ago and its already chunking. soo i just want to hear your opnions on what you think the best wheels are for street

uhh im sure if u get a non defected proto and it should hold up, but my friends is dehubbed and it was good for like half the summer, so idk
Scooterzone twizzlers are a little slower than eagles and have weird urathene, i couldnt get used to them, but ive only ridden em on friends scooters.
and eagles are just badass as fuck cause there super fast and idk. i just couldnt ride any other wheel. ever<3

Honestly, pick up two GO 2's and hot glue the cores. They will NOT break and are super cheap. PM me, I have 2 in really good condition.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Eagles keep chunking for me. I'm scared to get a pair of Proto's, because many of them are defective, and if they are, chances are they won't get replaced. I had dual twizzlers, they were pretty nice. Didn't wear quickly like Eagles, didn't dehub like Proto's, but they weren't as fast as I would like them to be. Proto's would be decent wheels if they decreased the amount of urethane, and had a better, lighter core design.

Dalton, I totally understand that you don't want plastic cores, but for real. For street wheels, you can't beat them, and they are really cheap. They don't wear down fast either. They are super strong.

^^no. Eagle sewer caps are what you are looking for. I rode one in back for the entire summer and it's still going strong. And I rode the nastiest, roughest, surfaces you can think of, and landed comepletely side ways on it at a decent speed and nothing happened. Get it.
