I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. im so glad i found this thread! My ES front royal now has 15 chunks, but I bought a ES snowball for the front and its holding up ok, I bailed when my wheel hatched onto a rock and it chuncked though =[ im gonna try either proto's, sewer caps, or twizzlers...I rode my friends protos and they were AMAZING, though really heavy =/

eagles are real fast but they crack easy. maybe the eagle people should think about reformulating theur PU. To make them a little slower but more resilient ???? Maybe difficult stuff to do?
