aluminum bars

im learning how to weld today and the guy that is teaching me apperently is "the best welder at boeing" and he specializes in aluminum. would it be worth it to make aluminum bars?

make them have gigantic gussets, like the ones on baby slayers but without the gap. then they would definitely not break, it would look sick too! =D 2 things I wanna see done in the future - alu crowbars, alu slayers =P

If you want almluminum bars, old Buffs are your best bet.

french id bars are light as hell and strong but dont get them unless your fat

Alu bars do bend quite fast. If you rider wider then 15 it would be a waste. I mean its DEFF worth a shot. I made some 1 peices at metal shop its fun to say u just made them and keep em forever. its deff worth it. if they work or not its a keepsake.
