aluminum vs. chromo buffs

iv been riding chromo steer tube for a while but there bent and cracked
and i wanna switch to alu or carbon fiber but i dont know whats gonna b the best

and they ARE oversized

alu will snap and you can tell, carbon will do it while you dont expect it so id say stick with crmo
