Yeah, that's Matt Pate's situation. He either rides by himself, or with his skater friends. He's lucky though, he has skaters that are legit at shooting footage too.

haha woodland is such a crappy park and there is like nothing good there though lol but i heard about some kid throwin a 720 over the pyramid once on a scooter was that you if not prob just some dumb kids sayin crap

The site statistics say there is 10,000 members. I would guess 1/2 of riders who at least kind of take it seriously have ever found this site.
So my guess is there are anywhere from 15,000 to 30,000 active riders today...
But its really hard to say.

naw, that wasn't me throwing 7's. i threw a 5 or two out of the mini pipe to bank there but i could see a lot of people exaggerating about it, there are some sketch kids there haha. but you're right, it is small and kinda crappy, but it was all i had (besides street on campus and downtown) so it's whatever.
and that concrete park up in florence is so sick (i never wanted to pay for ollies). huge variety at that but i forgot the name..
