My friends mum tried to buy my local indoor (skating rink with a few ramps and gym with pool ect.)
But they wouldn't sell it

It's a good idea in theory.
But in practice, it isn't likely.
Banks don't give out Business loans unless you have an amazing plan, an ABN and have been working for a while.
Insurance for extreme sport is a f--kload, and you'd have to pay for that upfront.
You'd have to set up the park, furnish it, buy the stock for your shop, go through maintenence of the park/area, and keep it in pristine condition.

Not saying its a bad idea, but i hope you have thought of everything that goes along with it.

We have an indoor park around the corner from me thats unknown really. Not massive, but heaps fun. The local youth center has started building half pipes and spines, Can't wait.

that will cost so much money to make it but if u do have a foam pit good ramps box jumps rails the lot and it would be sick

ALSO, if you hadn't noticed, neither Rampfest OR The Shed are in Townsville are they?
Simple business dude, you open in a place where there is no competition, so how, if he is in a completely different state is he competeing against Rampfest and The Shed?

yer id start out small though. def have foampit, pretty big magnet, and like a decent halfy and shit. but yer start out small and build it up slwoly as the years go by

if you actually weere to do this make up something along the lines of a survey to find out what are the popular things that people would like e.g box, rail halfpipe etc.
