If it has been released to the public for over one year in it's final form and the inventor has not patented it then it becomes public domain and no one can patent it unless they modify it enough to make it something new or different by definition.
Most of the parts I am going to release I am filing for patent protection because I know they are going to revolutionize the sport and I don't need anyone ripping them off after all the time I've spent developing them. Basically the reason I don't really care about that dude copying all my parts is because he is copying old shitty designs that I came up with years ago because he can't think for himself. Those parts are old news when my new stuff comes out.

indeedi made SR style forks only due waiting & waiting months couldnt indeed get set to use, thats the only reason i made them also made 4 sets for team members which recently wanted start bmx so indeed sold last 2 freestyle forks i had & 2 sets are for me cause indeed older riders like andrew & me need Forks & parts which dont break

Indeed I cannot understand what he indeed did type.
I don't want him to have my wheels because I know exactly what hes going to do when he gets them: copy them. Just like he copied everything else but there is really no way to stop him from getting them. If you can make some money selling him a pair I don't care but I'll leave that up to you.
As for copying metal cores well duh there is metal in the middle of my wheel and that is about the only similarity to the other shit on the market right now. He doesn't seem to understand the concept of being original. He must be Chinese or something.
