i really couldn't get into animal collective in the past, but i just downloaded their most recent album merriweather post pavillion and i'm loving it. with the hype this album is getting its probably going to be "the" indie album of 09, and its only january.

its somehow experimental/chill/indie/dance at the same time. i especially recommend this to all the stoners out there, this will definitely be perfect for you. but even if you dont fall under the stoner category, give this album a listen.

a lot of my friends listen to em. so after reading this i went and downloaded the discography and its pretty chill, i like it.

im glad you like them. All of their old stuff is just too weird, but Grass and Water Curses have really impacted my life in strange ways. Im dling the new album now, cant wait.

yeahh i use album hunt its great, no download limit, they have pretty much any album ever, and it takes like 20 minutes to download a whole album.

Matt, make sure to download winRAR or else you wont be able to unpack the file when its done downloading.

Ok, I just gave some more of their stuff a listen after you posted that one song in play or delay that I was kinda ehhh about, and some of their other stuff is actually pretty good.

thats what i use, is albumhunt. there is also albumwash.com (or something like that), but they werent working down here for some reason. and i prefer torrents, but baylor blocks anything torrents haha so its a bust.. : /. Thank you though for the recommendation <3

im trying to go to that tour in philly, but no one else i know likes them so i've got no one to go with. not cool.
