Ankle Injurys

my friend sean messes his heels up every once in awile but owell i almost broke my ankle yesterday at the park i was doin a air out of the 5 foot qp and a skate comes in i take my foot off my scoot and it landed on the skate so noew i have a foot on my scoot and a foot on some fools skate and i kinda rolled my ank i bitched him out hard because he did not yell BoARD!!!!!! so i was like wtf

My ankles are killing right now hahaha, kept missing the catch to the 360 scooterflips and whacked my in both ankles. Swallen up a bit

p.s. yes! im going to mount gambier tommorow to get some more footage for my friends video and they have 2 skateparks and awesome street spots!

ive rolled my ankle heaps but the only one on scooter was only a couple of weeks ago and i couldnt walk properly for like a week... didnt giv it time to heel so i feel it now and again...

I've never hurt my ankle very badle on a scooter but once when I was a young lad i jumped off a wall at night and I somehow landed on the side of my foot, and that hurt a lot.

sometimes when i leave my foot in a weird possition for a white, it cramps and hurts really bad when i put it int he normal position

just the other day i badly bruised my ankle tryin a tailwhip on flat
i spun it to fast and smack in five secounds it was triple the normal size

yea about 1 1/2 weeks ago i was tryin triple finger whips to get on tape. I landed wierd and buckle factured my right ankle. It hurts like a bitch.

today i was practicing my new TOP secret strick and i ate it and tumbled down the tz box with the scoot hitting me on the way down ... i was messed up and my ankles are killing me ..
