f1.8 david. its dope but its my only lens so its getting boring lol. i need to start up the camera bag.

thanks ryan and yup 1/4000 f1.8 1600 iso for all of them. i wanted to change settings when the ducks came (within like 5 feet of 2 people in mcdonalds uniforms smoking a blunt, which was pretty damn cool) but i didnt have time.

focusing on that first duck pic stoned with such a low aperture while the duck was walking away was a bitch lol. i was aiming for the water the duck kicked up since i had it set to 1/4000 anyway.
and thanks charlie

ehh lower your shutter to like 400, anything above 250 reduces motion blur.. and lower the shutter more light it will let in. That means no need for a higher iso so they wouldnt be as grainy.. but pretty good for just messin around

well i was taking water drop pictures and the ducks legit came out of nowhereee and didnt stay long enough for me to change the settings. i usually use anywhere from 400-800 in normal shots and have the aperture wide open.

I would never do ISO 1600. It is going to get grainy. When its bright out, stay at 200 and when its dark go to 400 or 800 if necessary. For yours stay at f-1.8 and use 200 ISO and 1/2500 or 1/3000s

i never go passed 200 on sunny days, i just wanted to get the most crisp water shots possible so i needed to up the iso to compensate for the 1/4000 shutter. i was really just seeing what was possible with the cam nothing i was going to put out originally. ill get some wayyyyyyyyy better pictures soon.
