The shipping prices will still be insane from the states because it is an 8 pound package going to Australia. He MIGHT be able to find it cheaper somewhere in the states but only by a few bucks so he might as well support the local stores. The only way you would ever be able to get them as cheap as they are here in Australia is if Razor opened up a distribution center in Australia that got them directly from China and shipped from there like they do here in the states.
